This is just a short clip I’ve put together showing a back workout routine I’ve been doing for the past couple of weeks.

Exercise One:
T-Bar Rows
40kg x 20
60kg x 15
70kg x 10
80kg x 7

Exercise Two:
Deadlift Rows
60kg x 7
60kg x 7
70kg x 5
60kg x 6

Exercise Three:
Machine Pull downs
Full Stack x 10
Full Stack x 12
Full Stack x 8
Full Stack x 10

Exercise Four:
Single Dumbell Pullovers
10kg x 15 
10kg x 15
10kg x 15
10kg x 15
