This is part one of a two part video series discussing bulking up and cutting down phases. This is just a basic explanation of what a bulking phase is and how you can start.
The most important thing to consider when bulking is to ensure you are in a a calorie surplus while lifting heavy in the gym. This will ensure you make the maximum gains.
For me I don’t like go overboard with my bulk, I like to still keep it pretty clean and consistent however I am still more lenient with my diet at times to help keep me sane.
Typically my bulks will last from 1-3 months.
